Dr. Ramesh Manda
I am currently a Ramanujan Fellow at the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India. I was a postdoctoral fellow at Kyungpook National University and a graduate of Jeonbuk National University, South Korea. My research interest comes under interdisciplinary and covers Optics & Photonics, Nanotechnology, and Materials Science, including LCD, AR/VR, and 3D display, and I have done significant work in this field during my Ph.D. and Postdoc. As a Ramanujan Fellow at the University of Hyderabad, I started working on fabricating holographic and diffractive optical elements that overcome the fundamental challenges of conventional optical elements utilized for 3D display. These optical elements consist of precisely structured topology designed by Fourier mathematics to overcome those challenges. I am an active researcher in related fields, like presenting at conferences, finding possible global collaborations, and participating in the peer-review. I have published more than 40 papers in reputed journals and conferences. In addition, I have presented several oral talks at national and international conferences. Furthermore, I am also a potential reviewer for several reputed journals, including RSC, Optica, MDPI, Elsevier, Springer, IOP, and AIP.
